75% caco3 masterbatch: EC11B

 1. EC11B: 75% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film and bottle, whiter than EC11C.

2. EC11C: 75% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film and bottle.

3. EC12B: 78% normal CaCO3 powder, can be used in film and bottle.

4. EC21B: 80% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film and bottle, whiter than EC21C.

5. EC21C: 80% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film.

6. EC31C: 85% exquisite CaCO3 powder, can be used in film.

7. EC32B: 85% normal CaCO3 powder, can be used in film.

For blow film & blow bottle caco3 masterbatch

EC11B compound with LLDPE carrier resin, use excellent natural white color sub-micron grade CaCO3 powder, produced by special processing techniques. Use EC11B in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE blow film or HDPE blow molding or PP injection molding application, it can 

improve machine's extrusion efficiency and increase film & bottle 's physical properties. 

EC11B also has perfect dispersion property.

Usage: caco3 masterbatch

EC11B can be used to make PE heavy - duty bags, PE liquid packaging film, sanitary products bags, agricultural film, PE handbags, inside bags, high quality vest PE bags, PE garbage bag. The PE film which add EC11B can compound with BOPP, BOPA and BOPET, it has no influence on compound strength and heat-sealing strength.

Use EC11B to blow molding, it can increase containers' ESCR property, get better dimension stability.

Use EC11B in injection molding, it can improve low temperature impact resistance strength, get better dimension stability.

Recommended Addition Ratio: caco3 masterbatch

The addition rate of EC11B is about 5%~35%. 

1) In multi-layer extrusion film: add 15%~20% in core layer; 

2) Under gloss demand, add it within 5% in surface layer and inside layer.

Optimal addition rate will be confirmed by trials.

Package, Transportations and Storage: caco3 masterbatch

1) PE heavy-duty bag , 25kg / bag.

2) Transportations according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture,insolation and breakage.

3) The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, Dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90°C for 60 minutes.
