EC32C Additive Masterbatch
EC32C use excellent micron CaCO3 poweder, produced by special processing techniques. Adding this masterbatch in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE coating film application or film blowing application. It can improve film 's extrusion efficiency and increase film or bottle 's physical properties. EC32C also has perfect dispersivity.

Usage:
EC32C can be used to make PE sanitary towel coating film or CPE coating film, its additive ratio can be adjust from 10% ~ 40%, Use EC32C, customer don't need to change old technology and old produce line, only need to adjust produce temperature. At the same time, EC32C also can be used in normal film blowing application.
Advantage:
1) Large additive ratio, can decrease produce cost obviously.
2) Green, don't contain any nocuous producing agent like as fluorescent whitener,it has SGS testing report.
3) EC32C has good liquidity and good processing property. Use it will not need to change old technology and old produce line.
Optimal addition rate will be confirmed by trials.
Package, Transportations and Storage:
1) PE heavy-duty bag , 25kg / bag.
2) Transportations according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture,insolation and breakage.
3) The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, Dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90°C for 30 minutes.
